Hello, ladies! I hope you’re enjoying the first day of May. Today, I am presenting another Made in France outfit (see the previous outfit here). It’s more of a smart-casual look where I wear this black top made of organic cotton from Black Verveine with these high waisted jeans (the most comfortable pair of jeans I ever had!) made in Normandie and washed in Le Mans, France. You can shop both articles on Dressing Responsable e-shop. I also have a discount code for you! Use BienvenueTPP on your first purchase to get 10% off!
I love the graphic aspect of the Nobi top with its blue yokes made of Pima cotton. Pima cotton, also known as “silk of the Andes” is a noble material grown in Peru. Since the cotton flower doesn’t support fertilizers and pesticides, Pima cotton is cultivated on a small scale by local farmers. This means that Pima cotton is an eco-friendly fabric. Its cultivation supports local communities and respects our Earth and our health.
The fabric is very pleasant to wear thanks to its lightness and smoothness (a particular feature of the Pima cotton), ideal for the upcoming warmer days at work. And for a more working girl attire, I would pair it with this black skirt, or this blue skirt.
